There were only 2 rounds after the initial phone screen. As an engineer with slightly less than 1 year of experience, the interview process was as follows.
Phone screen. 1 hour technical round that was very easy. The final round was supposed to be 1 hour, 50-75% or so technical, and the rest behavioral. The interviewers did not tell me they needed to reschedule until after the final interview date and time had passed, so I showed up for the interview and no one was there. I didn't reschedule the last interview since I had found another offer.
I got the sense that they are desperate for employees. Two 1 hour interviews is much shorter than average of an interview process, and based on the easy coding question I was given, the hiring bar seems to be low. Another thing that stood out to me about this company is that almost 2 years into the pandemic, it seems like higher management still had not made a solid decision about whether or not working in office will be mandatory again.
