I was interviewed by the recruiter. The interview was a basic screening interview. I never heard back from the company after my interview. I didn't even receive the generic email stating that they filled the job with someone else

Interview
Waste of ones time. They make you go through interviews with 4 different people. Mind you these are on separate days. Including a whole different department. The recruiters waste your time knowing nothing about the company or the role itself. Never heard of that being a thing. When it came time to interviewing the Payroll directors department rushed the process. She kept saying to the project manager that she had no other questions does she have any… it was a dumb back and forth. Completely wasted my time. Why have people work up anxiety to have multiple interviews and not have a clear reason as to why You werent selected. they also seem to have one race. I had to reach out a week later regarding an update… then they dont even touch on the role during the interviews. they just repeat how its data entry heavy and “oso hard” its giving scam.

How can you keep interaction with your team remotely

Interview
For starters, the recruiter reached out regarding the position. I did a phone screen with them. They knew nothing about the position. I asked questions and they stated they are to just post the listing. I asked simple things about the job details? Then afterwards I met with the manager. They repeatedly state its an entry level role but repeat certain things their looking for. After that this is the part that got me. They make you interview with 2 people from a WHOLE different department. Then proceed to have you interview with the current person holding the position and a person from the HR team. All within one day back to back. Mind you the interview with the opposite department was rushed. She barely asked anything and kept saying to the other person " I'm done do you have anymore questions for her?" Overall. They do entirely too much. 4 interviews and then don't even follow-up. I had to reach out myself. They also seem to have only one race. I then was told i'd do absolutely nothing compared to my prior HR experience. It wasn't giving entry level.
