Legora Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

Had first interviews with HR reps and they were not listening to anything I was saying, letting the AI do keyword matching with the job ad instead. They had dummy faces while nodding along and no genuine interest in you as a candidate. No effort in hiring, there will be consequences in the future if they dont do their jobs and behave like kids while serious people are taking time to go to interviews with their company. Gave a bad rep to Legora and am not keen on using their services after seeing ”Look mom, no hands, AI is driving” culture in the company. This is how the world will come to an end.
