I had two rounds of interview- first was an HR round which was great but the second round with India team Head was equally off-putting.
He joined in late, called me by a different name altogether and was very visibly distracted throughout.
I was given updates about my candidature about 1.5 months later, after multiple followups. Interestingly, the email said that they enjoyed the insights I provided in my case study whereas, no case study round was ever conducted.
If this is reflective of the company culture, I would recommend to stay away.

Question 1
If we were to consider you for a different role, would you be okay with that?
Initial interview with HR. Seemed curious to know about my motivations and especially whether I was willing to work long hours and "put the organization ahead of myself." In general, a pretty offputting process, though hard to say whether that's reflective of the company culture as a whole (maybe not!).

The interview process was structured, engaging, and thoughtfully designed. Each round tested different skills. The team was warm, communicative, and genuinely interested in my perspective. Overall, an impressive and professional experience.
