The interview process was pretty standard and moved fairly quickly:
I applied online on Leidos' website for the position. A recruiter followed up 2 weeks later to confirm interest and several basic things about my resume. I received a call from the same recruiter the next day to schedule an on-site interview and answer other basic screening questions. The on-site interview was scheduled for the same week, where I went to Leidos' local office to meet the hiring manager in person. The hiring manager's manager was also video called into the interview to listen in and ask questions. Most questions were related to prior experience on my resume, but also inquired into whether I would be interested in the work their group did. After concluding the interview, I received a call from the recruiter later that day to notify me that Leidos would be extending an offer. Though they were open to salary negotiation, I decided the opportunity was not a good fit after all and declined the offer.
