Everyone was friendly. I had two interviews after the screener. The questions got harder throughout the interview process but were based on the job description I was applying for and my experience and resume.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Leidos (Glasgow, Scotland) in Aug 2017
Interview
asked to prepare for a 15 minute presentation regarding approaches to learning and leadership development as well as early careers. this would be followed by a competency based interview.
Interviewer showed up late, took no notes and after a few minutes of my presentation, a colleague joined her. Was asked more questions about my current company and who was in the HR dept there than about the prospective role. No notes taken at all from either "interviewer" and then the main one said she had to rush off and her colleague would show me out.
Attempted to follow up with the HR dept who had been liasing me in run up to the interview to find phone lines dead and emails bouncing back.
Very odd and very pointless interview
