Interview
The two people I spoke with via phone interviews was fine but they have an outdated system in that after you do an online application and send them your CV/Resume they then require you complete a 5 page paper application! This cannot be done online even though over 90% of it was answered in online application. The other 10% could easily be taken from one's CV/Resume and or list of references and yet they are so out of touch they make you complete the paper portion. When I asked about a version of application that could be filled on online (like an online form) they seemed shocked anyone would want to do that. I thought they were forward looking but it was amazing how backward they appeared when I asked Qs or follow ups on this point. Very disappointing.
