Lennar Construction Manager interview questions

Going into the interview, I assumed that there was a current opening for the position. The questions they asked a mix between relevant knowledge of the job and wanting information about specific employees that I had worked with pertaining to their performance. After the interview was over, I felt like they not only questioned my abilities based on lack of knowledge in the field, but also on my gender being an issue with trade partners following my direction. Ultimately, they told me that there were no current openings for the position and didn't hire me.

It was held in the main office in doral with 2 of the upper management members from the construction team. first I saw with one member and then I sat with the other one.
