You will sit in a room with 3-5 members of management and HR. Be ready to answer questions about your experience and give some examples of getting through hard situations. Also mention you have great customer service skills.

Can you read structural plans and what is an example of a hard situation you had to overcome while on site?
Pretty easy lots of steps to get to the final interview. Come to final interview in a tie and professional attire. Clean and shaved ready to answer any kind of questions. Some were odd.
Great process and informative. They insured I was aware of expectations and resources. It is a panel interview with senior management and the director. Overall great interview process and would recommend giving Lennar a very hard look.

Interview
Lennar responded to the application submission very promptly. Once an interview was scheduled the interview was smooth and started right on time. Interviewer was professional and fair with the questions asked.
