Interview
Recruiter did a video call with me. Everything seemed to go well and positive, and that they would check with the manager.
That was a while back now, and no updates no responses to emails. The other recruiter that reached out about another position is also ignoring emails. Just unprofessional and inconsiderate to not give at least some kind of response.

Interview
This was the most unprofessional and awkward interview that I have ever had. The questions were all intended to be one word answers. 5 people where scheduled to be on the call and only 3 showed up. As one person asked a question the others were obviously working on something different during the interview. One of the people interviewing me was dressed super unprofessionally. The position is still open two months after posting. I really believe this position was posted without the intention to really hire anyone. They told the recruiter the interview was to similar to a sales pitch while they explicitly stated they were heavily looking for someone who was well spoken and could get their point across while presenting. So how is selling myself during an interview a bad thing? When I reached out for some insight in regards to their feedback, I was harshly shot down and asked not to reach back out. I can only imagine what its like working there. I don't mind getting passed on but getting passed on cause they did not set up an adequate environment to conduct a thorough interview is irritating and should be a red flag to future applicants.
