Lennar interview questions

I was contacted by the company recruiter about my resume I had submitted online. I had to wait about two weeks before i could get in to speak with the manager. I was asked why I would be a better candidate VS someone with 10 years of experience (at the the time I had 5 years of experience). He asked what I knew about the company. I would suggest that you educate yourself about the company and be prepared for questions regarding what the company stands for.

The hiring manager contacted me and gave me a short phone interview resulting in an onsite interview later on in the week. The face to face interview was done by two employees, they were friendly and made the interview process simple and enjoyable. They asked the typical interview questions, and questions about prior employees. At the end of the interview, you were asked to complete a small take-off on one of their projects and the final decision was made after reviewing all the submitals.
