Initial screening call with internal recruiter that was about 20 minutes long and then interview with two peers was arranged for the following week lasting around 45 minutes.
Interview itself seemed ok, literally didn't want to know anything other than what were the worse things I had to deal with and what my KPIs were. Huge HR/Personnel focus and clearly looking for someone to come in and address an immediate issue.
Then this is where things went bad. Having literally no feedback for a week and a half, I chased the recruiter to obtain an update. Was told it would be the end of the following week. The deadline came and went and only at the point of reaching out again (the day after a full three weeks had passed from the interview) I'm told I was unsuccessful eventhough I had strong experience. Not a great impression of Lenovo in the slightest.
