Interview
I applied online, had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes within 4 days, and interviewed at DRS Technologies within the following week in 2015. I interviewed with 5 other engineering personnel from various backgrounds (Design Engineering, Test Engineering, and Software Engineering), which lasted all day. Make sure you have the day planned for the interview.
Initial Phone Interview
Was emailed by manager for available time. Was told it would be a quick 25-30 minute interview. Was not given details on whether it was behavioral or technical.
1st round was screener. Basic technical questions and questions about projects. 2nd round was 1 hour interview asking about relevant resume projects and more technical questions. Questions were not that difficult. Didn't advance to third round
Straight forward, technical and behavioral questions. The recruiting team is easy to talk to and they were pleasant. The technical questions were fair to the level of the job posting.
