Start with Pride Staff 60-90 days (no good benefits) and then move to PBSI payroll company as a temporary employee until Les Schwab decided to hire you on or not. No set timeline for when that decision would be made. No requested time off as long as you were a contracted employee. No benefits offered through PBSI unless Les Schwab offered to extend them. Work from home position but would eventually move to office once Covid restrictions lifted. No flexibility with 8a-5pm.
