Came into hiring managers office got hired on the spot. Very friendly well train on the job. Fast pace. dirty environment. Lots of staff to help you get caught up. Full time makes 11. 30 an hour. Interview was easy even if you have no experince. You will have to learn quick or your time at les schwab will be limited. Very fun to learn to new techniques and other rewarding things when helping a customer.

Great introduction process.. step by step guide in the recommendations needed.. Great questionnaires towards what I could bring to the role/roles for the open position.It was a two step process where I sat down with an SSand P Manager and the following day Dat down with the Manager and the SSand P Manager with steps to moving forward with the next step process.

The process over all was very quick. I applied online. I was contacted within a few days. I had already had 2 other job offers but decided to go and hear what they had to say anyways. I decided to go with their offer, who could pass up the Awesome benefits.
