The process was very quick and simple. You sit in their office and they ask why you want to work for the company and similar questions to that. Nothing to be nervous about but beware the turnover rate is ridiculous in this company. Don’t bank on this being a stable job.

Scope creep, how do you handle as it happens a lot here at Les Schwab. How do you handle Managers that Change their minds of tern and can be very vague on directions and instructions. How do you handle when projects move a snails pace and then Ramp up and run like a rabbit . How do inter act with Executive management, are you willing to present solutions?
