Handed my Cv in to Levi's in Cabot Cirus (Bristol) Received a phonecall within a few days inviting me to a group interview. About 20 other people arrived to be interviewed which was quite daunting, I was only expecting another 5 people at the most. Everyone was young and quite stylish wearing some sort of Levi's item, either jacket or jeans. (I wore levi's jeans) Most people were nice, most of us were shy apart from one very annoying guy clearly trying to be noticed by being very loud and obnoxious. We were split into 4 groups of 5 and had to do a team building task that involved lifting up plastic cups with a piece of string and we weren't allowed to touch the cup, it was quite tough and the other group did it pretty quickly. The second task was to fold a pile of levi's jeans up in correct size order and using the correct folding technique, it was actually a lot harder than it looked and most of us had to redo our piles a couple of times, one of the managers running the interview even called another persons pile 'disgusting'!!! We then had to say an interesting fact about ourselves before going upstairs and sitting in a group talking about current and previous jobs and why we would want this job and what the role was all about. We then went for a quick one on one interview to discuss availability.
