I applied in store and got the group interview and they asked 3 qusetions about our prior customer service experiences and what we would handle certain situations also told us about the other employees

I had dropped a resume in-store and applied online, then I got a phone call regarding said position. Then after 1 round of interview where I got asked pretty basic questions.
interviewer was nice, made me feel comfortable, questions were not too difficult and they said i passed the interview but ended up giving the job to someone with more experience.

it was a very relaxed interview I enjoyed it. they wanted to get to know me and understand me. they got me to fill out some extra forms once I got there wich I didn't mind and were really easy to fill out.
