The recruiting process seemed well organized and the phone screen was exactly what you would expect - just filtering for people with interest, good communication skills and appropriate background. I was disappointed once I got to the in person interview because I was told that there had been a mistake and I would have to come back later to be interviewed by more people. It was also made fairly clear that I probably wouldn’t get the job I applied for, but that there were other jobs that they would consider me for. I already have a job, and was not interested in the other positions. After the interviewer told me that, I couldn’t hide my disappointment and had trouble focusing on the rest of the interview. I felt like they should have better respected my time and couldn’t help wondering if that’s how they treated their actual employees.
