They make you take unnecessary/excessive assessments, and then they never send you the results for you to make future improvements. And if you have to do a lot of pre-work or study going into these assessments, they're pretty much useless in my opinion. No one appreciates and respects pre-work to complete these assessments either. I've worked places were employees had taken similar assessments and they were never better at their jobs by having done so.
