Lexmark International AI Engineer interview questions

Had an interview for a AI Engineer at Lexmark, and overall, it was a solid experience. The interviewers were really friendly, and the conversations felt relevant to the role. It was a long process—about three hours with three different interviewers—but I appreciated the chance to go deep into my experience and learn more about the company. That said, it’s been 45 days since the interview, and my application still says "in progress." I get that hiring can take time, but after putting in a full day, some kind of follow-up good or bad—would have been nice. Even just a quick update would’ve made a difference. I respect the process and the people I spoke with, but I do hope they improve communication with candidates in the future.
