Very relaxed. A couple of team members will interview you and ask about your goals for work and if you'd plan on moving up in the company. Just keep saying you'd like to help people.
Quick interview, went over my resume and asked about previous experience. How I dealt with an escalated situation in the past and how I tend to work with customers. One interview but with two supervisors.

How did you handle a heightened situation at a previous job?
Since it was during the pandemic, it was over Zoom and quite relaxed. It lasted about 30 minutes and they were very personable. The team leads made me feel welcomed, and it was nice that I met the people who I would be directly working under right from the start.
