It was an on campus 1:1 interview. I had applied through my campus recruiting and got the offer for the interview. The interview was pretty chilled out and most of the questions were very general.
At last, there was a small case. Just simple maths problem which also no big deal.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. They provide you with simple market sizing questions during the first round interview. The cases I was provided with were both in American markets, making them attainable.
Very simple and straight forward. Initial phone screen followed by onsite interview with two set of interviewers. Very informal and no assessment tests for the director level position. Will recommend this company to others.

Interview
Four rounds of interviews. Each interview was 45 minutes long. Generally friendly and smiling. They REALLY do not know how to interpret work or titles that is different from anything LMI does. Very insular company. Be sure to know their exact vocabulary before you start.
