I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Plano, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
My interview process was relatively fast tracked since the facility was not yet opened. I received an email from a recruiter saying that they had seen my resume and suggested that I apply for the Claims Customer Care Associate position. After application, I received a call, which turned out to be a phone interview. After the phone interview, a face to face interview was scheduled where I was interviewed by 2 personnel. The questions were direct from a packet so you would definitely be asked anything standard. They really focus on any problems that you've ever had with a customer, what you did and what the outcome was. Be ready to provide examples of situations, what you did and what the outcome was. They will be interested in the entire process.

Easy video interview with two supervisors. Asked standard customer service questions using STAR method. They were both asking questions and also offered more details about the role. They were both polite and seemed easy to get along.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer.
They use the STAR method, I'd have some scenarios ready. It was a panel interview but it was not bad, just prepare a bit. Dress business casual to casual. I'd bring a copy of your resume as well.
