I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Lawrenceville, NJ) in Feb 2010
Interview
I interviewed at my college careers services for a full-time sales representavie position. The interviewer was friendly and easy-going, but at some point I guess it became clear to him that the job was not a good match for my skills and he appeared to be a little annoyed that I wasn't answering his questions and gearing them more towards sales, my bad. I learned that you should always gear your answers specifically towards the roles of the position. Never answer generally, but put yourself in the shoes of the prospective employee and gear your experiences towards that position. This may be obvious, but I needed to learn this lesson. This was an interview that I went into just for the practice, but I could have been more prepared and respectful of the interviewers time. You never know what other positions this interview could have led to. About 30 minutes.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Cordova, TN)
Interview
started with a headhunter phone call, recommended to local manager for another phone call, then I had another phone interview and then two in person interviews with additional layers of managers
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Austin, TX) in Sep 2024

Question 1
How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
