I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Lake Mary, FL) in Apr 2010
Interview
1) Phone Interview
2)1 on 1 Interview with Manager
3)Tour of the call center floor, sit down and get to listen to the calls you will be taking.
4)1 on 1 Interview with a Team Leader
5)Take a skills test, iq test, and a personality test after wards.
Nice call center environment, seemed very professional, you have a sales quota to meet about 50 policies a month. Down side is they really do a horrible job advertising so its not like Liberty will pop up in your mind when you think of insurance providers you can think of in the top 5.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Cordova, TN)

Question 1
How many policies do I sell in a week with my current company?
Pretty standard interview. Not difficult at all. Be prepared. Act natural and be yourself. During the interview they explained their interview experience and their time at the company. They also showed how passionate they were about the company.
