I had 2 interviews. An initial interview with my recruiter for screening purposes. It was very informal. Then i had an additional interview with the team manager and his boss. It was about a 45 minute interview. Business casual.

There were two interviews. One with an HR Campus Recruiter and another with the department I worked with. There were no technical questions asked. Most were "Tell me about a time..."

My application led to a phone interview, involving a resume discussion and behavioral questions. Despite my efforts, the interview ended without an offer, highlighting the need for continued improvement. It was something to learn from.
