I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I applied for the job in December i think, through my university's career site, and got an interview offer and had the interview in February. It wasn't too difficult but they definitely focus on the analytical side of things and in order to move on to second round interviews, you had to show that you have prior experience with analyzing problems, etc. my interviewer was very nice, very friendly, but I think we both knew I wasn't fit for the position because of what this specific internship entailed

Talk about a time where you confronted disagreement.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Interview
Short phone call with the recruiter (30 minutes) and an interview (1 behavioral and 1 case interview) at the office. The phone call consisted of typical behavioral questions and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. The final interview lasted about 4 hours long. It started with a small breakfast and followed by a shadowing session with a current employee and then a formal interview. Everyone in my interviewing group was given a packet of graphs to analyze-- the goal was to resolve a question regarding hypothetical company. We had 25 minutes to go through it all and then split off into our interviewing groups (2 per candidate). They began by asking me to go through the data, and to explain to them my thought process. After I made my formal proposal, we went along to the behavioral part (most of which was pretty standard).

Interview
All-day session with written case, verbal case, behavioral interviews, and an introductory information session. Candidates were also given the opportunity to speak to their potential teammates, which was a huge plus. There were roughly a dozen or so candidates in my class of which a third or so received offers.
