I went through the a special event called the Liberty Mutual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Symposium where they discussed their culture. It was an event where you had to do an interview to attend the symposium. After the symposium, they invite you to a final round Finance Internship interview.

Interview
Met the recruiter at a on-campus information session, left my resume with her, followed up, and then was selected for an on campus interview. About 2 weeks later I was contacted by the recruiter for a second round interview at their headquarters where I then interviewed with 2 hiring managers. Very positive experience.
