Absolutely horrible! Jerked me around for 2 months, kept giving me the run around. Kept in close contact with corporate, but the manager still kept brushing me off. Them after a two month process, I was told I we were going to touch base and then I received a rejection email. I don't recommend going through this process, unless you know you have a guarantee offer.

Explained the commission structure and the first 90 days of training. Spoke about how to network and how many quotes and policies you need to sell each week. Spoke of referrals and how to get them.

Online assessment then phone interview with recruiter that was about 20 minutes long. If recruiter liked your answers, you were thn called back for a video conference interview. Two managers asking you questions while also chatting in text so you can simultaneously answer a few questions there. Then you go through a mock call where you must convince the caller to complete the sale. Nerve wracking but not too bad.
