Applied via the online portal after speaking to an individual on the team a couple weeks prior. Was encouraged to apply to a role that the team thought I would be a great fit for and then never heard from the team again after applying.

exec search then two interviews with senior management. The manager I was due to meet with no-showed as he had messed up his calendar so I was not very impressed. He phoned to apologise and I subsequently met him a week later. He was again apologetic and we had a positive 1 1/2 hour meeting about the role
