The interview process involved an online application. A couple days later, the HR recruiter reached out to me and we scheduled a phone interview. The interview was fairly standard, with her describing roles of the internship. It was very clear she was reading the interview questions directly off a sheet of paper that told her what to ask.

Started with a phone call just talking about my resume and projects I've worked on. Then had batch day after that consisting of a hour long behavioral interview, hour long case interview, and a 30 minute job shadow.
