Very laid back--they were impressed that I knew what an underwriter was. I applied, got an email to take an exam (mostly logic questions). After that, I got a phone call from a recruiter the next day. We scheduled a phone interview, then 3 weeks later I met with the RVP, AVP, and my manager

Tell me about a difficult experience you've had providing customer service
Good and not super challenging. Team is nice. Members are older. Company is really large and sometimes can feel like you are an assembly operator. Overall good company. Thank you

Consisted of two interviews, The first one was a phone call and the second was over zoom with two individuals who worked in underwriting. The first phone call was fairly easy they asked simple questions, the second interview was a little bit longer and asked more detailed questions.

Easy questions about sales experience, customer service, just to see your peopel skills. its a very heavy negotiation and communication job so it makes sense. The team was very nice and attentive
