After submitting resume, contact was first made by email to set up phone interview. Phone interview was within a few days. It went pretty well just basic questions. Couple of days later recieved a phone call to set up face to face interview.
Face to Face:
In a call center with no formal waiting area. It seemed really understaffed. I was told I'd be interviewing with one person, but before we got started, I was informed that someone else was coming. It seemed like they were taking turns reading off a script and writing my answers down in a packet. Some of the questions did not seem to have anything to do with the position, nature of the work, or the industry. I was caught off guard because I couldn't figure out how these questions related to the work.
At the end of the interview I got the whole, "we still have interviews" speech. I don't know if that was true of if i should've been expecting an offer and this was their way of showing disinterest. I can say that when I left, I wasn't sure if they were going to call me to make an offer. I am also not sure that if the did make an offer I would accept it.
