I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2010
Interview
Interview process was thorough. Started with meeting with the DH and answering general questions to see if there was a fit. Moved on to a in person meeting with the Regional Lead, and then finally a group meeting with the General Manager. The expectations were laid out from day one. There were really no surprises other than waiting for a final offer.

Question 1
How would you handle sales of a product provided by the company even if you didn't believe it to be the best product on the market?
Wonderful, straight to the point of they already can see you in the team, very friendly team, beautiful establishment and good work opportunity overall, just have to put in the work
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Life Time (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
