Interview
Met with multiple people before being hired. Top personal trainer, assistant department head, another AD, department head and finally the General Manager. It was very thorough. After that there is a short waiting game depending on how much they like you. Then your hired and the training process begins.
Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.

Interview
First interview went over pay structure, how sessions work, hours, how to obtain clients, how commission works with products and selling. Was super informative and transparent. I have my practical interview next week so will update how that goes.
