Interview
There are 2 interviews you will go through. The first interview is with the head of the department you are applying for. Which is where you will receive the low-down on what it is like working in the Lifetime environment. Then the second interview is with the General Manager of the Lifetime Fitness Club you are applying to. In this interview you will need to know the mission statement and be asked a series of questions about your character, how you work with a team, and how you have gone above and beyond in a past job experience.
Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me
Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
