Interview
A lot of situational questions. They really wanted to know how I would handle situations that could arise in a large group of children. I had 2 phone interviews. One was 15 mins long and the second took 6 minutes. Very relaxed.

Question 1
If you were at the pool with a group of kids and you are having to wait for a lifeguard, so you cant get in the pool yet, and you look up and see some kids had got in the pool, how would you handle that situation?
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
