The interview process consisted of a phone interview with the GM, Personal Training Manager, Talent Scout, and a practical component with an Onboarding Specialist. After completing the portion with the Onboarding Specialist, you talk to the Personal Training Manager and Talent Scout some more until you are either offered the job or declined an offer.

Interview
Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
