Interview with the department head, then second with general manager. Was pretty standard. As long as you truly know the job you are applying for no need to worry. It was actually informative because they only want the best.

Fairly rigorous compared to other clubs. Other big box clubs generally will hire you on the spot. I liked that Lifetime Fitness took time to evaluate the overall person to ensure that the members are getting the very best.
