The process was very simple, I talked with the director for a while and was soon asked to join the team. The questions weren’t particularly difficult but they were good.

Describe a situation where you felt things could have been handled better and what you did about it?
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
