The online process is the best system that I have used for job seeking. It works very well and has many features. I had to call and convince them for an interview. I got accepted for 2 interview but never heard back. 350 people applied. Nice company.

Question 1
I was asked to understand their Vision statement and was given a brochure and told to KNOW it. I did not cover the answer well when at the 2nd interview.
My fault. Should of prepared my answer better.

Interview
There were two interviews required. The first with the depart manager and a second with the general manager. The first interview is a standard interview just talking about your self and why you want to work there.
