I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Brief phone conversation, in-person interview with hiring staff representative, and follow-up 2nd interview with aquatics manager to go over and discuss my resume & previous work experience. Was asked a series of questions, most involving a hypothetical scenario/conflict and requiring specific examples of how I would handle - or have handled in the past - the situation if it were to happen on the job. Was hired immediately after the questioning process, and my qualification certs were scanned and verified.

Super simple and onboarding was easy. They asked a lot of good, theoretical questions. They had the head manager as well as a supervisor in the interview which made it less intimidating and I was able to get a better feel for the company.
Easy-going, asked about swim experiences as well as my previous job experience as a swim assistant. Talked to me about the rest of the hiring process as well as the responsibilities I would be required to take on.
