I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Johns Creek, GA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Three interviews, one with the ADH, one with the DH and one with the GM. Pretty basic process. Just make sure you tell them the members come first etc. Make sure you go up and ask for the department head or assistant department head, as well as bring a resume in with you. The online application does not mean anything for getting a job.
