Interview
Very simple, 15 minute phone interview asking about experience and availability. Then go in for a 15 minute "audition" with a class. The audition is a little more difficult but everyone is very nice. They are looking for creativity and interaction with the kids.

Interview
Overall very laid back. Know the mission statement off the top of your head though. Focus on being detail orientated, safety focused, and providing customer service. They are run like a corporation, there is no going off script as a counselor here.
