Interview
Low pressure and personable. Reflective of past work and training experiences and focused on goals of you the clinician and what Lifestance can offer to meet said goals. Felt inviting and inspiring, good people to work with.
Consisted of one screening call and then I met with the person who manages the suburbs. Not great overall, asked very few specific questions about my background and I genuinely do not believe they read my cv at all.
The interview was personable and informative, learned about the company and got to know some co-workers, efficient and reasonable. Generally gave me a fair sense of the company, expectations and culture.
