A recruiter found my resume online and contacted me. The recuiter and I had several conversations over a week, and they submitted my info to Lifetouch HR. I heard back very quickly that they wanted to interview me. Had a phone interview with HR rep. She was abrupt and asked by the book questions. No "tell me about"... type questions. I was told by the recuiterthat the folks they were interviewing were dour and lacked enthusiasm. I am a very positive person and enthusiastic.
