I received a phone call the day after I applied online. The phone interview was basic and consisted of a few questions regarding my thoughts on the job, if I had a car, and going over the job requirements. Because I already had photography experience they kept it short and I was asked to meet in person and scheduled the interview for two days later. The 1:1 interview lasted about an hour at Starbucks. He went through my resume and we discussed varies jobs I had in the past and my photography abilities. He went through the job description and requirements. Most of the questions for me regarded working with children since I hadn't worked in that capacity before. He asked me if I was comfortable working in a fast paced environment while working with children under age 5. Also, since there is a lot of paperwork he asked if I could handle that and keep organized since you usually work at new schools everyday. Overall, it was an easy interview with the focus mostly on how to interact and photograph children. They will teach you how to use there camera's and equipment. The dress style is business casual; no jeans, logos, shorts, etc. You rarely go into the office however they do drop in on you at your school, sometimes without notice. The office calls every school and asks that they rate you on scale 1 through 10 for varies content, such as dress, professionalism, promptness, working with children, etc.
