The interview process began with a woman emailing me and asking if I could make it in for a two part screening the next day. This was a bit inconvenient since I had not yet moved to the area I was applying for and it was all very last minute. So the screening involved a powerpoint presentation on the job description and then they had us take a spelling test as well as a critical thinking test. That was all, there were no questions or speaking of any kind really. After that I left and began driving back home. About two hours later I received a call to come in a few days later for a real interview, which I was ecstatic about. I went into the interview very confident. The interview consisted of a woman holding her baby who barely said one word and another woman on Skype who literally just read of a list of questions. The questions were stiff, dry, and in my opinion were difficult to answer. I wasnt sure what she was asking and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because the baby was crying. After the interview I was a bit confused and an hour later I received an email saying I did not get the position. It was very impersonable and I was disappointed that they did not offer any explanation as to why seeing as I was overqualified for the position.
