1. Initial contact with the manager - short 20min call - friendly and professional.
2. Homework task with a made-up scenario to analyse company data and prepare a short pitch about company's situation - I was asked to spend no more than 2 hours on the task.
3. Final round - 1 hour interview with the manager and the department head - presentation and discussion about the task results, technical questions. After the interview I haven't heard from anyone for over a month, despite sending three polite follow-up emails, asking for feedback. After the third email the manager finally replied with an apology and said that I should've received a message from their HR system. He also provided generic rejection message - no personalised feedback, which would be expected after reaching final round of the process.
